  • RYC: it seems to me that perhaps the best choice would be some charge between assault and battery and attempted murder. I don't know what that charge would be but I do agree with you that I'm not sure they were trying to murder that man. Assault and battery seems pretty light though. I do appreciate your input because I hadn't fully thought that part of the issue out. It is good to hear constructive criticism on what I say. Thank you.
