  • He Is Back......!

    Alex, my grandson, is back from North Carolina........Yay!!  Oh, by the way, so is Jessie and James......lol.  A time of rejoicing and a time of uncertainity since they are here because James will be leaving for Iraq shortly after his leave is over.  For Jessica, the wait then will begin for his return.  This is going to be hard for her but it is just another challenge in being a military wife.

  • WHOO HOOO!!! do the happy dance... YEAH, well for the first part... and for the second... I will keep your daughter in my thoughts... one of my good friends (who has lost her best friend who was my husband since she chose to stay friends w/ me ...) her husband is waiting to hear "when" not if he is going to leave... my heart goes out to all of those families!!!!

    at least your daughter will have the comfort of having you to help her stay strong and help her w/ her son...

  • So glad you get some family time!  Please thank James for his service.  My besf friend just got back from Iraq, I know what sacrafice these men are making.  Please also thank Jessica for sharing her husband.  I know she has great support in you while he is away!  

  • don't worry mom. I will take lots of video's of them together for her to look at while he is away. I know at times it will help and others nothing will. but we will have to try to help her through this the best we can.

  • thanks for your comments.. leading a alternative lifestyle is deffinetely different than i ever thought it would be.. yes it takes alot of trust, and communication.. thankfully, that is something we have an abundance of...

    glad your family is back, that sucks about james leaving though, but will be praying for your family as they go through this together..

  • How come you are not writing in your xanga journal?  What is happening back there?  Did you get washed away from the rain Friday?  I know that you can't be all that busy as it has been a long time sine you have written.  Only Heather is keeping me up on things.  I am waiting for the next edition from you.  Love ya
